Trent Reznor Film Score Makes Its Debut

Hey Everyone!
Wow, feels great to be back! I cant even begin to tell you how much I missed my daily writing. Alright, lets get into it! So even though Trent Reznor called it 'quits' with NIN a while back, it seems that music is truly in his blood. He cant seem to slow down, and why should he?! He's BRILLIANT.

Some of you may have heard about the new movie coming out. The Social Network- the one based on Facebook? Well, Trent Reznor is going to be the man behind the music! Trent is composing the music for the film, and I'm personally very excited to hear it. I'm predicting clean cut techno... something simple, yet fascinating. Not overpowering... just an interesting add to the background.

What do you think? Reznor going to be successful as usual???

William Beckett To Star In Edgar Allan Poe Film Adaptation

Hey Everyone!
Weird I know, but apparently true! Academy Is frontman, William Beckett, is reportedly set to star in a film adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe's classic The Fall Of The House Of Usher.

Now, I'm sure many of you are reading this going "wtf... acting?" but if you know the band well, then you'll know Beckett is an artsy guy in many ways. He even dabbled in modelling (but I mean come on, with that bone structure, WHY THE HECK NOT? right? haha). In any case, he is also a literature nerd, so this only seems to perfect for him. An artsy, indie film, based on a classic piece of literature... spot on.

The film will begin filming in December. Beckett will play the lead role of the narrator, so definitely look forward to that!

What do you think of this new project for Beckett? I say, Break a Leg!

New Lady Gaga Video For "Alejandro" Hits The Air

Hey Everyone!

Yes, its true! The latest in the long line of Lady Gaga epics has finally been released. The eight minute video is, in true Gaga style, an oddity. In the first minute alone it features men in fishnet stockings, and a circus inspired military march. Fast forward a little more and you have a very dark funeral and some pretty twisted imagery. Pretty standard for her, but still, she manages to keep it interesting for sure. There is definitely a lot to see haha.

Check out the video HERE and see what you think.

Anyone else seeing a LOT of more modern nods to Madonna here? I REALLY am!
As always, let me know what you think, lets talk music videos :)
