Free Coheed And Cambria Download Today!

Special treat for all you Coheed and Cambria fans out there. Today, you can log into Amazon and download their track, "Pearl Of The Stars" for free! Doesnt get much better than that as far as I'm concerned. Free music by an awesome band is always a bonus.

This track can be found on the band's most recent release, Year Of The Black Rainbow, which was released on April 13th of this year. The deluxe version includes a 352 page novel penned by frontman Claudio Sanchez and best selling author, Peter David. An interesting addition to a cd, but not a far stretch!

Coheed Joke Circulates Internet

Hey Everyone!

So as I was browsing through some music news, I came across this and just HAD to share it with you. Apparently some people have made a joke song and claimed it is an official release off Coheed and Cambria's new album. The fun part? Its an acoustic parody of internet celebrity Tay Zonday's "Chocolate Rain". The track can be heard on the website here. What do you think? Real Coheed or just some people who are really good with computers and voice impressions? In all honesty, it does sound quite a bit like the upper range style of frontman, Claudio Sanchez. But for now, I'm going to go ahead and say this is just an internet prank... and a genius one at that.
